Lunch Meat During Pregnancy Is Eating Packaged Meats From The Grocery Store Ok During Pregnancy?

Is eating packaged meats from the grocery store ok during pregnancy? - lunch meat during pregnancy

I eat just in another forum in which they are packaged meat, can usually was not healthy. They say you can be at risk from Listeria, preserve, can cause significant damage to the fetus. I have not asked my doctor about it and he did not think properly. I ate Subway sandwiches and homemade sandwiches every day for lunch. It is the only thing I was able to continue in the afternoon. This is the only thing I really wanted. Nobody heard of this or am I paranoid? I am in the fourth month and my last visit to the doctor about a week and a half said that the baby was healthy. Her heart was still strong. So you always have to eat sandwiches? Has anyone eat healthy babies sausage througout your pregnancy?

I never asked my doctor about this, but I have to say two books about pregnancy and the other, it is ok to heat only the meat, or fried in the pan, eating to kill any germs or bacteria. I fried ham sandwiches were very good. I am sure that many women eat deli meats and healthy babies, I cook the meat just to be safe.

My doctor was relaxed very concerned about the limits of the pregnancy, but the only thing not with emphasis on meat (unless) the steam.

Yes, I have also heard, but I do not know how that is dangerous, because I do not like meat for lunch, we have never eaten during pregnancy. Personally, I think the key is moderation and eating fresh and healthy, you should be fine. Many people do not say that eating fish during pregnancy, but in moderation for you and baby well. Think of this study is fairly new, I mean 10 years ago nobody had heard anything and I'm sure many women to eat meat, and had children with healthy food.
If you really are not to eat more too.
