If a golden road OK / sec

We scalded with boiling water outside in a pot and let a little water, put the lid.
Put in very low gas / electric to keep depression at the top with cold water as it evaporates. Condensed water in the pan and drip over the meat cooked slowly.

Usually 3 hours left. It is so delicate that you can break! Sometimes it is so soft that it can not be cut - fall apart like a Cadbury Flake! DELICIOUS!

It comes in a furnace as a whole, OK. It could be a little onion and garlic and onions can be placed on the sides with salt and pepper and a little oil on the seal, giving a drop of water on the bottom of the saucepan and cook for about 1 hour and a half to about 150 ish . I hope this helps and enjoy your meal xxxxxxxxxxx

EDIT: Oh, and make sure that it is covered with aluminum foil xxx
